Polymechanic Grinding Activity : • Setting, operating and monitoring modern CNC grinding machines • Quality control of the manufactured products based on given specifications • Reading technical drawings and production documents • Checking processes and tools for potential improvement • Work in 2-shift operation Requirements: • Completed basic mechanical training • Experience in CNC grinding (mandatory) • High level of commitment, personal responsibility, teamwork, reliability • Readiness for 2-shift operation • Good German skills in speaking and writing, English skills an advantage
