Your tasks • Team leadership: Technical and personnel management of the assembly and relocation teams on the construction site / at the customer's location. • Organization & execution: Smooth planning and implementation of relocations as well as professional disassembly and assembly of furniture and facilities. • Driving & transport service: Safe transportation of materials and freight with the truck. • Quality assurance: Contact person for customers on-site, ensuring high customer satisfaction and compliance with safety standards. Qualifications What you bring with you • Leadership experience: You have already successfully led teams and know how to motivate, guide employees and create a good working atmosphere. • Industry experience: You have many years of experience in the field of relocation and logistics. • Driving experience: A truck driver's license (Category C/CE) is available – you also maneuver larger vehicles safely to the destination. • Manual dexterity: A completed manual trade apprenticeship (e.g., carpenter, joiner, electrician) is a big plus and helps you with professional assembly on-site. • Doer mentality: You are a practitioner who knows what he is doing, thinks in a solution-oriented manner and maintains an overview even in stressful situations.
