Institutional Client Assistant (M/F) 80%-100%

For our client based in Genève, we are actively seeking an Institutional Client Assistant at 80%-100% on a permanent contract Under the direct supervision of the head of the institutional client service, you will play a central role in administrative assistance and internal coordination. You will be a real support in monitoring files, preparing meetings and the quality of service provided to institutional clients. Your main missions are: Assist the service manager: • Ensure various common administrative tasks under their supervision • Manage their calendar: planning meetings, making appointments, prioritizing and monitoring Manage the administrative tasks of the service: • Update and monitor dashboards and performance indicators • Create and maintain document templates (presentations, reports, etc.) Support for institutional clients: • Prepare files prior to meetings, write minutes • Format service documents: commercial offers, letters, presentation materials • Ensure client relationships and monitoring of standardized offers Your profile: \- You have a CFC in commerce or equivalent. \- You have initial experience in a similar role. \- You are a native French speaker and have a B2 level in German, both written and spoken. \- You are recognized for your rigor and sense of organization, essential qualities to effectively juggle priorities and ensure quality monitoring. \- With excellent interpersonal skills, you know how to be diplomatic and discreet in all your interactions, both internally and with our institutional clients. .- Autonomous and proactive, you take initiatives while respecting the defined framework, and know how to be reliable in respecting deadlines and commitments.
