Socioprofessional Instructor (MSP) at 90%

Your main missions As a socioprofessional professional, you accompany young people aged 15 to 25 in their integration process, within a structuring, benevolent, and meaningful framework.  Supervise and accompany a group of young people in a workshop (13 places), by promoting their skills and supporting their individual progress.  Assume responsibility for the operation and tasks of a technical workshop, mainly oriented towards woodworking.  Design and implement concrete and formative activities, adapted to the interests and capacities of the participants.  Observe and evaluate professional and social skills in order to support the orientation and development of each person.  Actively participate in situational analyses and adjust the support accordingly.  Develop and lead targeted socioprofessional projects, in connection with the individual needs of the participants.  Collaborate closely with the educational team and contribute to team life (meetings, exchanges, decision-making).  Adapt your professional posture to the varied profiles of the participants, combining a structuring framework and benevolent support.  Occasionally ensure replacements in other workshops according to the needs of the service. Your profile  Training as a socioprofessional instructor or deemed equivalent  Proven experience in the field of woodworking or in a technical trade  Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and to maintain quality relationships with your colleagues.  Ability to face unforeseen events and to manage complex situations with flexibility and discernment.  Sense of listening, analytical spirit, and aptitude to adapt your posture to the situations encountered.  Committed, organized, dynamic, and creative personality, with a real interest in supporting young people in difficulty.  Knowledge of the target group (young people in socioprofessional integration) considered an asset.
