Kitchen Assistant – Dishwasher (M/F) – 100 % Restaurant L'Opale – Lens (VS) In order to durably strengthen our team, we are looking for a Kitchen Assistant – Dishwasher (M/F) at 100 %, motivated, dynamic and careful. Permanent long-term position. We are looking for a person wishing to invest themselves durably within our establishment. Applications for seasonal or short-term employment unfortunately cannot be taken into consideration. Valid work permit in Switzerland required (Swiss, European nationality or valid residence permit). Functional French mandatory. We will only respond to applications meeting these criteria. Your missions Preparation of vegetables, salads and garnishes. Assistance with mise en place before services. Simple plating of dishes. Dishwashing and maintenance of kitchen equipment. Cleaning and maintenance of the premises. Reception, storage and shelving of goods. Stock rotation (FIFO). Strict respect for hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP). Your profile Experience in a kitchen or in a similar position desired. Spoken French (minimum functional level mandatory). Fast, organized and efficient person. Good resistance to stress. Team spirit and positive attitude. Careful, punctual and reliable. Driver's license and vehicle: an asset.
