• 02 July 2026 • 40 - 60% • Indefinite duration • German (Current), English (Current) • 6210 Sursee • Log in to see the salary estimate from jobup.ch Application Manager:in POS 40-60% # Computer Science by arrangement Your area of responsibility ## • System assurance: Ensuring stable and highly available POS applications in day-to-day business with high performance • Fault analysis: Independent analysis and sustainable rectification of incidents as well as taking over 2nd- and 3rd-level support in close coordination with internal interfaces and external partners • Application development: Active further development of the POS system landscape, implementation of new functionalities and end-to-end implementation of technical requirements up to Go-Live • Project collaboration: Participation in demanding projects for the introduction of new applications or during migrations, including ensuring a structured and timely process • Documentation: Setting up, maintaining and further developing technical documentation as well as supporting know-how transfer to users and internal teams • Security & System Integrity: Ensuring compliance with relevant IT security and compliance regulations and actively contributing to the long-term stability and security of the system landscape Your profile ## • Education: Completed education in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification • Professional experience: Experience in application management, ideally in the retail or POS environment • Skills: Knowledge of ITIL processes is an advantage Look forward to ### OTTO-S family Owner-managed family environment.
