Administrator Outgoing Student Exchange Team (m/f/d) # 60%-70%, Zürich, permanent #### print Print The Academic Services department of ETH Zürich creates the administrative basic requirements for teaching, conducts the university-wide processes of the teaching operations, and supports students, doctoral students, and members of the teaching staff in all matters relating to studies. The Mobility Office (Student Exchange Office) within Academic Services is the contact point for students who want to carry out a mobility stay. ETH Zürich maintains exchange agreements with numerous universities and offers support for stays outside of the exchange programs. Strengthen the team of the Mobility Office as of 1 October or by arrangement as Administrator (m/f/d). Job Description ## As part of the Outgoing Team, you will take over the administration and coordination of the scholarship program for students completing a study project or an internship abroad. This includes processing applications from ETH students, as well as close cooperation with the involved bodies within ETH - Academic Services, the Rectorate, and the departments. You are also responsible for the handling of financial processes, perform budget planning and control, support reporting and call management, and create statistics for the Mobility Office. Your area of responsibility is supplemented by the coordination of personnel mobility and cross-sectional tasks within the team. Profile ## • Commercial degree EFZ or university degree with a broad commercial basis. • Professional experience in the administrative field and in the processing of financial processes. • A high affinity for numbers, finance, and statistics is required. Advanced knowledge of SAP and PowerBI is an advantage. • Ideally, you have already worked in the higher education sector and you enjoy moving comfortably and confidently in an international environment. • You enjoy working as part of a team and contribute actively and in a solution-oriented manner to it. • As a flexible, reliable, and service-oriented personality, you enjoy working around students and like to be in direct exchange with them. • Through your solution-oriented approach, you maintain an overview even during the hectic phases of the academic year. • Very good German and English skills.
