Production Manager INTEGRA Metering, headquartered in Therwil (Switzerland), has a long history. Since its founding in 1928, the company has been developing, producing, and distributing state-of-the-art water and thermal energy metering systems that are used worldwide by energy and water supply organizations. For our headquarters in Therwil, we are looking for a personality as Production Manager (100%) by arrangement Production Manager Your area of responsibility: Leading the production team of 8 people Planning and monitoring timely production output Organization of workflows to comply with standards, specifications, deadlines and our quality standards Qualitative and quantitative monitoring of production Calibration and adjustment of measuring devices Training and enforcement of health and safety precautions Creation of KPIs Collaboration with other team leaders and departments Your competencies: Completed vocational training in a technical field (e.g., polymechanic) and further training as a team leader or comparable leadership training Knowledge in the water flow or energy metering sector, as well as in automation and the integration of new technologies into production Several years of professional experience as a Production Manager Experience in the application of Lean methods and knowledge of QM methods Analytical thinking and a structured way of working Very good knowledge of German.
