Your tasks at our client • You take over the holistic and empathetic care as well as the support of people with incurable illnesses. • You carry out the design of everyday life and symptom control in close coordination with the interdisciplinary team. • You are a steady support for the relatives and accompany them with empathy through difficult phases. • You document the nursing processes carefully and actively participate in case discussions to constantly improve the quality of life of the patients. Qualifications What you bring with you • A completed training as a nursing professional (HF/FH/DNII). • Ideally, you have already gained experience or further training in the field of Palliative Care or are eager to enter this specialty. • You possess high emotional resilience and the ability to convey calmness. • Talents with diplomas from EU/EFTA states are absolutely welcome, provided that the SRK recognition is already available or the process for it has been started.
