The core competence of our foundation is social and professional integration in the work process. For this purpose, we offer around 260 places at different levels of demand. To strengthen our Services department, we are looking for a Group Leader Services (80 - 100%) starting early October 2026 or by arrangement In our team, external services, you work in forestry, during clearances, one-time or regular disposals, maintenance and cleaning work, etc. We are where hands-on help is needed. As a group leader, you will execute our orders with a small or large group of participants depending on the type of work, whom we accompany primarily on behalf of social assistance. As an Agoge, you promote our participants empathically and supportively within the framework of the labor market measure in the sense of our employment program. What is my function? You lead a working group of up to 12 people; you lead, coordinate and work actively You involve our participants in the performance of the daily tasks and give instructions, provide guidance, check the results, give feedback and thus promote their professional and personal development Periodically, you conduct assessment interviews with the program participants, the coaches as well as with the assigning agencies You support the department head in receiving orders, order scheduling as well as in preparing billing in crises, you intervene and contribute to resolving conflicts What do I need to be successful?
