For our customer service, we are looking for a personality as: Field Service Technician 100% (m/f/d) - Bern Region - Burgdorf - Steffisburg In this demanding role, you are mainly responsible for the following tasks: You are responsible for service work in your region. This includes repairs as well as general warranty work for our entire product range (sanitary ceramics, fittings, sanitary technology, shower WCs, furniture, etc.). The technical specialist advice for sanitary installers and support during the installation of our demanding products are also part of your area of responsibility. What we wish for from you in terms of technical expertise: You have completed training as a sanitary installer and have worked in this profession for several years. Furthermore, you have already gained experience as a service fitter or service technician in the field. Since our products are increasingly equipped with electronic components (e.g., urinal controls), ideally you also have additional training for installations in the electrical field.
