Your missions Physical and telephone reception of visitors, clients and collaborators Orientation and information of visitors within the building Management of entries and exits (badges, registers, announcements) Reception and distribution of mail and parcels Management of calls, e-mails and general requests Maintenance of a professional and friendly reception area Collaboration with the different occupants of the building What characterizes you.
