STPS Specialist and Fire Safety Officer AEAI # Description of the position ### Your mission: As a STPS Specialist and Fire Safety Officer, you will join a team of specialists in the field of health, occupational safety, and fire safety. Your mission will be to develop the areas of CFST in the broad sense and ensure the conformity of the services delivered to customers. You will report directly to the F4S Management and safety engineers, and work closely with the various specialists within the company. Your main tasks: • Conduct STPS and fire safety compliance audits at customer sites • Analyze professional risks and establish mandatory safety documents (MSST system audit, hazard determination, evacuation plans, fire protection concepts, etc.) • Propose prevention solutions adapted to the specific needs of each customer • Lead training sessions on occupational health and safety for customers (employees and managers), and as part of our training courses • Organize and supervise evacuation exercises • Evaluate the conformity of fire protection installations and equipment • Write expert reports and detailed technical recommendations • Accompany customers in the implementation of our CFST solution • Ensure follow-up of action plans and respect for deadlines • Collaborate with the competent authorities (SECO, CFST, SUVA, cantonal labor inspections, and fire police) • Maintain regulatory watch on the evolution of legal bases related to occupational safety and health • Represent the company to customers and contribute to its reputation for expertise Why join us? Sought profile ### Qualifications: • STPS Specialist certificate • Fire Safety Officer AEAI certificate with continuous training follow-up • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience as an occupational safety specialist in Switzerland and fire safety, in a company with specific hazards and fire protection • In-depth knowledge of legal provisions related to occupational safety, health protection, and fire safety • Perfect mastery of French, both spoken and written, and technical knowledge in English • Knowledge of German: an asset • Flexibility in geographical mobility to meet customer needs (mainly Geneva canton) • Driver's license (car/scooter) • Swiss nationality or valid permit Aptitudes and skills: • Excellent organizational and priority management skills • Strong analytical capacity • Sense of responsibility • Adaptability and anticipation skills • Pragmatism and solution-oriented approach • Ability to work in a team and autonomously • Entregent
