It seeks to secure the collaboration of a PROBATION OFFICER # at 60% # CDI Your responsibilities You hold a position within our open prison sentences sector. You are responsible for the implementation of the execution of a custodial sentence in the form of electronic monitoring. You ensure compliance with conditions and prevent the risk of recidivism through social and legal acts. You transmit to the competent authority information relating to sentences or measures ordered with electronic monitoring, taking into account the directives in force. You also ensure the monitoring of electronic surveillance in both criminal and civil frameworks. You achieve individualized and optimal care for clients, notably by collaborating with the network. Your profile You benefit from higher education in social work at HES level and/or criminal (criminologist, jurist, etc.). Experience in the penitentiary field represents an advantage. Possessing a strong personality, you have a sense of responsibility, organization, and communication. You know how to set and maintain a framework with rigor and firmness while demonstrating open-mindedness. You are resistant to stress, rigorous, and precise in the execution of tasks. You have an excellent writing capacity and master standard IT tools. Your criminal record is clear. You possess a driver's license and a private vehicle. Recruitment and important information Recruitment for this position will be done in partnership with the Office d'exécution des peines due to the transfer of this position on 01.01.2027. As part of an integration into the Administration Cantonale Vaudoise, a contract from the State of Vaud will be proposed to the person hired. Start date: 1 September 2026 or to be agreed. Salary class: Class 17-19 of the RRCM salary scale.
