Assembly Leader Region Luzern | Assembly of demanding constructions in metal, glass and wood in the field of facades In this function as Assembly Construction Manager, you are responsible for the organization and management of assemblies on the construction site. - You plan personnel deployment and coordinate internal and external parties. - You always keep deadlines, costs and quality under control. - You participate in construction meetings and represent the company to the construction management and clients. - You accompany the acceptance of the work carried out in a professional and structured manner. - As a central contact person, you are available to assemblers, customers and management. - You consistently ensure compliance with safety regulations. - You actively contribute to improvements in processes and procedures.
