ACCOMPANY EXCITING CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS – FROM THE PROJECT IDEA THROUGH THE BUILDING PERMIT TO COMPLETION As a future-oriented planning and engineering office with around 40 dedicated employees, we offer our customers comprehensive services in the areas of spatial and transport planning, municipal engineering, geomatics, civil engineering as well as cultural and environmental technology. To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as of autumn 2026 or by arrangement as PROJECT MANAGER CONSTRUCTION LAW & BUILDING PERMIT PROCEDURES (80-100%) Your tasks You accompany construction projects from submission to decision and are the contact person for municipalities, authorities and clients. In doing so, you take on: Examination and assessment of building applications Management and coordination of building permit procedures Advising municipalities, architectural offices, specialist planners and clients on construction law issues Coordination with specialist departments and authorities Ensuring timely and high-quality project execution Co-design and further development of our services What you bring with you Experience in building permit procedures, in public construction law or in a comparable function Ideally knowledge of planning and construction law in the Canton of Zürich Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working Enjoyment of contact with people as well as a confident appearance Very good German language skills in speaking and writing What you can look forward to versatile and responsible projects with great creative freedom a motivated, interdisciplinary team with short decision-making paths modern working conditions and flexible working hours individual further training and development opportunities attractive employment conditions with participation in business success modern workplace near the railway station with parking facilities Sounds like your next challenge?
