In this activity, you will independently look after and manage an attractive real estate portfolio of rental properties and condominium ownership. Your tasks Contact person for owners, tenants, authorities and tradespeople Acceptance and handover of rental objects during initial and re-rentals Property accounting with dunning management Preparation of heating and service charge statements Implementation of lease amendments and rent changes Supervision of small renovations of properties Supervision of caretakers Organization and implementation of condominium owner meetings Your profile Real Estate Property Manager with a federal diploma (eidg.
