Head of Payroll

Your tasks • Technical and personnel management of the Payroll team (3 MA) • Main responsibility for the creation, accounting and payment of the salaries of the MÜLLER-STEINAG Group including mutations (salary data, allowances, deductions) in Abacus • Responsible for technical coordination with interfaces such as time recording, HR support, pension fund administration and financial accounting • Responsible for all tasks related to social insurance • Contact person for employees and management • Planning and evaluation of salary data for budget, salary rounds and creation of salary certificates • Creation of personnel and salary data statistics for internal and external stakeholders • Responsible for Time Management System • Ensuring the internal control system (IKS) in Payroll and time management • Management of projects in the Payroll and time management department as well as active participation in HR-cross-sectional projects Your profile • Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification in the HR, finance or administration environment • Further education in the field of HR, Payroll or social insurance • Several years of experience in Payroll and time management • Very good knowledge of Swiss social insurance law • Initial management experience • Secure handling of HR systems (Abacus, TimePro) • You work precisely, reliably and service-oriented, handle sensitive data discreetly and communicate clearly and openly • You are independent, resilient and take on responsibility gladly Grow with us.
