Cost Planner (m/w/d)

What awaits you As a cost planner, you advise and accompany the client from strategic planning to project completion. Your main tasks include developing cost, economic efficiency, and decision-making bases, including risk analyses. You are responsible for cost planning and control across all project phases. You steer and coordinate our projects in line with cross-project target specifications. You represent customer interests in a sovereign manner vis-à-vis planners, authorities, and companies. You help shape internal processes and methods and develop them further. What you bring You have training as a construction drafter with further education or a degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction economics, construction management, or a comparable education. Your career path shows several years of professional experience in the construction and real estate industry, ideally in cost planning. You have very good knowledge of Swiss building standards, planning and execution processes. You have analytical, economic thinking and enjoy taking responsibility. You have very good German language skills in word and writing as well as safe handling of MS Office and digital tools. You are enthusiastic about topics such as resource efficiency and sustainability. A structured, solution-oriented personality with a sovereign appearance rounds out your profile.
