System Engineer Datacenter Solutions (m/f/d) Your tasks You develop resilient infrastructure and architecture designs in the hybrid datacenter environment. You plan migrations and implement complex implementation projects independently. You evaluate new technologies in the modern datacenter and hybrid cloud environment. You conduct technical workshops and accompany innovative solutions until successful production implementation. You are a technical Trusted Advisor for our customers and support them in translating requirements into scalable, future-proof solutions. You analyze malfunctions, take over troubleshooting and ensure clean documentation of the IT environments. You work closely with our experts as a technical sparring partner and further develop standards, best practices and delivery approaches. You cooperate with leading manufacturers, actively help shape our solution portfolio and use labs, certifications and further training to stay technologically at the pulse of time. Your profile You have completed training as an Informatiker/in EFZ or a comparable qualification and bring several years of professional experience in the datacenter environment. You have sound technical know-how in server and storage technologies. You have sound knowledge of common hypervisor environments and Veeam Backup. Ideally, you possess knowledge and certifications in current hardware and software solutions, for example from HPE, Dell, IBM, VMware, Nutanix, Pure Storage or Veeam. You convince through strong communication skills and a high customer orientation. You have a great interest in new technologies, enjoyment of continuous further training as well as fun in presenting and moderating workshops. You score with analytical skills, conceptual strength and a solution-oriented way of working. You have very good German skills, good English skills, enjoy working in a team and appear confident and professional.
