For our strong team in Basel, we are looking for a motivated Consultant / Personalberater who will support our customers in the areas of Life Sciences, Industry or commercial professions – from acquisition to consulting to successful placement.​ Your tasks:- 360° consulting: Support for customer companies and candidates throughout the entire recruiting process • Independent acquisition of new customers and projects in the assigned market segment • Consulting for customers on personnel strategies and market conditions • Creation and management of job advertisements, active sourcing and candidate interviews • Negotiation of contracts and support until successful placement This is what you bring:- Commercial or business management training (or studies) • Experience in sales or personnel consulting is an advantage • Entrepreneurial thinking, negotiating skills and a hands-on mentality • Enthusiasm for dealing with people and a strong results-oriented approach • Stylish German language skills, English language skills desirable ​ 👉 Ready to use your talent for talents?
