Customer Service / Buyer Service / Owner Representation (m/w) 100% To strengthen our team, we are looking for a communicative, service-oriented and responsible person as: Customer Service / Buyer Service / Owner Representation Residential Property (m/w/d) Your tasks: • Central point of contact for apartment buyers: from purchase agreement to the end of the warranty period in a team of two people in buyer service. • Personal accompaniment and support of buyers during the entire construction and completion process. • Organization and implementation of orientation discussions with buyers. • Receipt, review and coordination of buyer requests and individual completion adjustments. • Ensuring a smooth flow of information between buyers, project management, construction management, specialist planners and contractors. • Creation and maintenance of customer files, schedules and project-related documents. • Obtaining quotes and calculating additional and reduced costs. • Organization and accompaniment of apartment handovers and warranty acceptances. • Receipt and coordination of defect reports during the warranty period. • Ensuring professional, solution-oriented and customer-oriented communication. • Active contribution to high customer satisfaction and a positive buying experience.
