As director, you are responsible for the economic success of your point of sale. • You know: by supporting and motivating your employees, you and your team successfully implement sales promotion measures. • Our demanding clientele is delighted with the competent and courteous way you advise them. • You ensure optimal management of merchandise and make sure that your point of sale invites people to buy. • Your daily tasks? You establish the staff planning including cost control and take charge of the store administration. Requirements • Do you convince in sales and have management experience? Then you are at the right place with us. • Your professional training in the field of perfumery has made you a technical expert. You are competent in business management thanks to additional training. • You have a very good command of German - both spoken and written. • Office programs? No problem for you. • Several years of experience in the sector?
