On behalf of a renowned Swiss bank based in Schwyz, we are looking for a motivated Customer Advisor E-Banking / Bank Entry 100% (m/f/d) # Employment: 100% Location: Schwyz Industry: Banks/ Financial institutions Publication date: 22.07.2026 Your tasks: • Friendly and competent support of customers on the telephone regarding questions about E-Banking • You are the first point of contact for concerns regarding login, payments, security questions, and other functions • Support with technical problems in E-Banking as well as guidance for the independent use of digital services • Identifying customer needs during conversations and specifically pointing out suitable digital offers (e.g., Mobile Banking, E-documents) • Helping to shape a positive customer experience through efficient and solution-oriented advice - even in complex cases • Close cooperation with internal specialist departments for the continuous improvement of E-Banking support What you bring with you: • Joy in communicating and persuading; you are extroverted and succeed in winning people over • Very good Swiss German skills • Openness to new things; even as a career changer, you are welcome!
