We are looking for our Lausanne branch for a : Collaborator for the Technical service (household appliances) Responsibilities : • Visits to customers in a given geographical sector Suisse Romande and Allemande. • Establishment of reports by date, indicating the model, year, condition etc. of the devices. • Find solutions to repair customers quickly, if necessary in the workshop. • Management and optimization of time to avoid second visits to customers. • Respect for qualitative and quantitative objectives Profile sought : • You work autonomously and are perfectly versatile. Good interpersonal skills, you enjoy contact with customers and have technical and listening skills that also allow you a role as an advisor. • You benefit from several years of experience in this field and have a good ability to adapt within a young and very dynamic team. • You know how to define your priorities and are proactive with our clientele and our service partners. • You master computer tools and have a sense of service and technique. • French is your mother tongue • Driving license (B).
