What you can achieve ## • You independently or together with internal stakeholders determine prices for novelties and existing products. • You conduct price analyses and simulations and derive concrete recommendations for action from them. • You prepare decision-making bases for pricing questions and represent them to internal stakeholders. • You are part of sales and support the sales management and Key Account Managers in tenders, price demands, and condition negotiations. • As a Key User of our modern pricing software Pricefx, you ensure the operation, data quality, and training of users. • You drive the further development of Pricefx with internal and external partners. • You analyze pricing performance and contribute your expertise to strategic pricing topics. What you bring with you ## • You have a higher business administration education or further training, ideally with a focus on Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Marketing, Business Informatics, or Data Analytics. • You bring experience in pricing, Revenue Growth Management, Sales Controlling, Business Analytics, Category-, Key Account-, or Brand Management, or in a comparable environment. • You have a pragmatic, business-oriented mindset, understand economic contexts, can derive clear recommendations for action from data, and find accurate solutions even under time pressure. • You work in a structured, independent manner and convince with your analytical way of thinking. • You have very good Excel skills and ideally have experience with pricing systems, Pricefx, BI tools, or financial data models. • You are flexible, think in networks, and can quickly adapt to new challenges. In a dynamic environment, you actively shape changes and recognize opportunities for the further development of business, processes, and systems. • You communicate confidently in German and English.
