MAIN ACTIVITY OF THE POSITION ## • Care oriented towards needs and clients and management of patients in accordance with the care process and in collaboration with our partner doctors as well as an interprofessional team. MAIN TASKS ## • Management of patients specific to continuous care and patients in temporary accommodation. • Analyze and efficiently manage specific medical-surgical situations. • Ensure preventive, curative and educational nursing care for patients. • Collaborate in the organization of work and the smooth running of service activities. • Contribute to an interdisciplinary approach to care and team work. REQUIRED TRAINING ## • Hold the title of nurse ES or Bachelor of Science in nursing HES-SO, • For a foreign diploma, Croix-Rouge recognition is necessary • Confirmed experience in specialized acute care • Benefiting from solid technical skills and able to work in a multidisciplinary environment • Motivated, efficient, autonomous and having a keen sense of responsibility, you know how to be proactive and are very organized • Great ability to work in a team and multidisciplinary • Sense of priority in acute situations and good stress management • Relational qualities, empathy and ease of communication • Availability and flexibility PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE ## • Experience desired in acute care clinic OTHER SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE ## • Great flexibility, resistance and organizational qualities • Good oral and written knowledge of French (B2 level certificate) • Good computer knowledge • Excellent social skills and pronounced sense of empathy • Team spirit and ability to lead team members In addition to an attractive job, you will join a dynamic team that is delighted to welcome you to a human-sized structure.
