Thus, the department's mission is to screen and effectively treat increasingly frequent and polymorphic pathologies while respecting patients and their relatives. The Service de psychiatrie de liaison et d'intervention de crise takes charge of the evaluation, orientation, and follow-up of the interdisciplinary treatment of psychiatric disorders in patients who are hospitalized or followed within the framework of outpatient consultations at the various HUG sites. The service also has the mandate to welcome, care for, and orient patients addressing the HUG emergency services. The Service offers a stimulating and diversified clinical environment, at the heart of the hospital, promoting interactions with many medical and surgical specialty services. It also offers a high-quality training framework, with structured internal training including clinical presentations and other interactive pedagogical formats. Senior Physician in Psychiatry with or without specialist title \\- 100% You will join an intra-hospital care unit of the Lits d'intervention de crise (LIC) of the Service de psychiatrie de liaison et d'intervention de crise. The mission of this unit is the hospital crisis management of patients presenting suicidal ideas or behaviors. The LIC offer brief, specialized, and evidence-based intervention (mentalization-based therapies, good clinical practices for borderline personality disorder). As a senior physician, you actively participate in the psychiatric and psychotherapeutic follow-up of hospitalized patients, while ensuring the coordination of their care with network partners. You play a key role in supporting resident doctors, managing patient flows, and interprofessional dynamics, notably through the conduct of medico\\-nursing interviews. Furthermore, you benefit from regular clinical support thanks to supervisions provided by an attending physician. Qualifications You hold a federal medical diploma or have training deemed equivalent by the Commission des professions médicales of the Office fédéral de la santé publique (MEBEKO). If you hold a specialist title, you possess the cantonal right of practice or are able to obtain it before your start date. For non-French speaking persons, a C1 level of French in spoken and written tests is a requirement. The FMH title in psychiatry and psychotherapy and/or experience in the field of psychiatry and in particular in emergency and crisis psychiatry are assets.
