Sales Manager (80% to 100%) What awaits you with us Together with our team, you are the driving force behind our sales success. You lead your team to peak performance, ensure effective market development and are in direct exchange with the CEO. Overall responsibility for the operational and strategic management of sales Functional and personnel leadership of a team of around 8 employees (internal, field service and after-sales service) Responsibility for budget planning as well as the achievement of sales, margin and profit targets Steering the pricing strategy, conducting market analyses and deriving targeted measures Leading demanding negotiations with customers and suppliers Close cooperation with internal interfaces such as marketing, purchasing and logistics National and international travel (up to 40%) What you bring with you Completed technical or commercial training, ideally supplemented by further training as a Sales Manager or Business Administrator Several years of leadership experience in internal and field service Sound sales experience in the areas of consumer electronics, telco, IT or household appliances, preferably in an SME Confident negotiation skills with suppliers, business partners and customers Business fluent German, French and English skills, Italian is an advantage Entrepreneurial thinking as well as a strong result and solution orientation What you can look forward to Short decision-making paths and a family-like working atmosphere – your ideas count with us!
