Business Analyst Business Analyst \- UML/Requirement Engineer/IT interfaces/regulation/administration Project: For our client, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (m/f/d) with a strong focus on requirements analysis, UML modeling, and interface specification in an agile environment. You will support business departments and IT in implementing legal and regulatory requirements in complex system landscapes and will contribute significantly to the further development of the digital processes of the federal administration. Tasks & Responsibilities: • Analysis, specification, and documentation of requirements in an agile setup • Modeling of business processes, use cases, and systems with UML • Conception and specification of interfaces between systems and applications • Derivation, structuring, and prioritization of requirements from legal or regulatory changes • Creation and maintenance of the corresponding artifacts in Jira and Confluence (User Stories, Epics, specifications, documentation) • Participation in testing (review of test cases, acceptance support) and quality assurance of the implemented requirements Requirements: • Several years of experience as a Requirement Engineer or Business Analyst in an agile environment • Several years of practical experience with UML (e.g., use case, activity, and sequence diagrams) • Several years of experience in the specification of interfaces between systems/applications • Several years of experience in federal authorities or quasi-federal organizations • Several years of experience in the derivation of requirements from regulatory changes • Experience in Java development is an advantage Languages: • German fluent (C1 / C2 level) Reference Nr.: 925118FC Role: Business Analyst / Requirement Engineer Industry: Public Sector Work location: Bern area Workload: 80% \- 100% Start: Duration: 3 years Should this position have piqued your interest, please send us your complete dossier via the link in this advertisement.
