Your missions ## Technical management and maintenance ### • Ensure the routine maintenance of buildings and their surroundings. • Perform small maintenance and repair tasks. • Organize and manage access to buildings during interventions by companies and artisans. • Control the proper functioning of technical installations. • Report anomalies and ensure the follow-up of interventions. Support for rental management ### • Perform cleaning of dwellings following move-out inspections or in view of their relocation. • Carry out the necessary restorations in order to guarantee the good presentation of the properties. • Ensure the cleaning and preparation of apartments before the entry of new tenants. • Report any defects or work to be planned to the management. • Collaborate with the mandated companies when complementary interventions are necessary. Your profile ## • Experience in real estate management, professional concierge services or a technical building field. • Ease in human contacts and sense of service. • Organized, autonomous, versatile person with a good spirit of initiative. • Good knowledge of common IT tools. • Category B driving license indispensable. • Knowledge of the Fribourg economic fabric is an asset.
