Mandated by large institutions in the canton of Vaud, we are looking for Educators (ES or HES) M/F to join our team of interim pool staff, specialized in the fields of disability (mental and motor), psychiatry, child protection and adolescents. Educator MISSION DESCRIPTION Work in close collaboration with existing teams to ensure appropriate supervision for the persons concerned Develop and implement educational and social projects aimed at promoting autonomy, personal development and the fulfillment of individuals Ensure regular monitoring of the progress and difficulties encountered by the persons being accompanied, while maintaining effective communication with multidisciplinary teams Additional information Activity rate: variable according to your availability Type of contract: interim missions (with the possibility of evolution towards permanent contracts depending on needs and structures) Location: canton of Vaud, with missions according to the specific needs of partner establishments EXPECTED PROFILE ES or HES educator diploma or title deemed equivalent with SEFRI recognition required for foreign titles Significant previous experience in the educational support of persons with disabilities, psychiatric patients or children/adolescents in difficulty Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and to work autonomously Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team We offer you A personalized welcome, wise advice from recruitment professionals and quality individual follow-up.
