The Sports Office of the City of Winterthur offers a flexible and reliable individual an interesting position as a temporary cashier assistant at the indoor and outdoor pool Geiselweid from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement. Work shifts are by arrangement (irregular, without fixed hours), mainly on weekends and evenings as well as during holiday and sickness cover.

Your Tasks

• Sale of single entries, 10-visit passes and sports passes as well as cash management and accounting
• Advising customers about the offers at the municipal sports facilities
• Rental and sale of swimwear and shop items, providing first aid service
• Operation of the telephone switchboard as well as acceptance and coordination of school class and group reservations

Your Profile

• Professional experience at the cash desk or in sales is an advantage
• Strong service orientation as well as independent and reliable working style
• Team spirit, enjoyment in dealing with a diverse clientele
• Very good MS Office skills as well as confident German language skills, both spoken and written
• Willingness to work irregular hours including shift and weekend work
