Your new tasks • Technical reference & ambassador of our solutions: accompany MCR integrator clients and partners in the integration of our solutions, in new builds as well as renovation. • Share innovation and make technology simple: promote our technologies, disseminate news, and transform complex projects into clear and accessible solutions. • Preferred contact person for electrician clients: understand needs, advise, and propose tailor-made solutions. • Drive commercial activity: present, build, and follow up on commercial offers and tenders with rigor and commitment. • Develop lasting relationships: ensure regular visits, maintain the network, and guarantee a rigorous update of the CRM. • Make every project a success: collaborate closely with internal and external teams to transform ideas into concrete results and satisfaction for our partners. Your talents and your experience • Technical building HVAC training: ET or CFC diploma in HVAC/MCR. • Proven experience: several years in HVAC and/or MCR technologies, ideally on new construction and/or renovation projects. • Interpersonal skills: excellent communication skills, listening skills, strong customer orientation. • Negotiation & commercial spirit: ability to convince, to build win-win solutions, and to develop lasting relationships. • Tools: good mastery of standard tools (e.g., Office 365, SAP, Salesforce) and ABT-site, ACS790 or similar tools. • Languages: excellent knowledge of French; German and/or English are real assets.
