Room Attendant, 25% The Hochbauamt represents the canton as a landowner in all real estate transactions and takes on the role of builder for cantonal construction projects. The responsible departments Planen, Bauen and Bewirtschaften are responsible for planning, realizing new buildings, conversions and renovations, for building maintenance (maintenance and repair) and for the entire building operation (technical, infrastructural, digital and commercial building management). For the Bewirtschaften department, we are looking for a room attendant, 25% at the Dornach location, starting immediately or by agreement. Your responsibility You ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and order in the administrative buildings of the Canton of Solothurn in the Dornach area and thus make an important contribution to daily operations. The work is mostly done in the evening, usually from around 4:30 pm. Additionally, five full-day deployments on Saturdays per year are planned for basic cleaning. Your tasks include office, corridor, and sanitary cleaning and replenishing consumables, with which you make a significant contribution to the preservation of the assigned rooms, furniture, and equipment. You dispose of waste according to environmentally friendly guidelines and instructions and help with paper and file disposal. You handle the cleaning equipment provided to you with care and keep it in good condition. As needed, you perform special and basic cleanings, e.g., during a move, and take on deployments due to illness or vacation. Your profile You have experience in cleaning, ideally you are familiar with building cleaning. As a loyal person who works carefully and takes responsibility, you meet high quality standards with little supervision. Your German skills are good, you understand and speak at least level B1.
