Sempach is a lively town with around 4-500 inhabitants. With its historic old town and attractive location on the upper Sempachersee, it forms a regional center with high quality of life. In the function as a youth worker, you promote and coach young people and have an open ear for their concerns. The offer includes the respective youth meetings, the youth office and the implementation of specific projects. To strengthen the youth work, we are looking for a committed person as Youth worker (employment 40-60%) ## Tasks     ### • Management and supervision of youth meetings (Wednesday afternoon and Friday evening) • Maintenance of contact with young people in open youth work • Support and counseling of young people • Planning and implementation of projects and events • Collaboration with various offices within the municipality • Public relations • Participation in cross-departmental projects Requirements     ### • Socially competent and resilient personality with assertiveness • Degree or advanced studies in Socio-Cultural Animation, Social Work or similar fields • Experience in dealing with young people • Flair for counseling and accompaniment • Integration, communication and conflict skills • Commitment, sense of responsibility and team spirit • Flexibility and willingness to work irregular hours Offer  ### • Independent, versatile and interesting activity in a small team • Varied scope for design • Favorable social allowances and benefits, regular staff events and other benefits • Opportunities for further education Ready to bring your talent to us?
