Your tasks: • Independent processing and implementation of customer orders and inquiries • Timely and efficient order management • Technical clarifications during project execution • Telephone consultation and support for our customers • Participation in product optimizations and development projects • Support for the system consultants (sales) in all matters Your profile: • Technical basic training (e.g., polymechanic, metalworker, or similar) ✓ transition from the workshop to the commercial sector possible • Professional experience in the field of AVOR or further training as a process specialist is an advantage • Confident handling of technical drawings (reading, interpreting, implementing) • Quick comprehension, structured and systematic way of working • Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain an overview with parallel projects • Solution-oriented thinking and proactive co-design of future-proof processes • Result-oriented, conscientious and expeditious way of working as well as good team communication • Personal responsibility, flexibility and high resilience • Very good German skills in speaking and writing; French skills are an advantage • Driver's license Cat.
