Your tasks: • Operational management, leadership and organization of repair orders, technical maintenance and the in-house workshop • Management of the company's own vehicle fleet • Initiation and implementation of immediate measures in the event of malfunctions in technical systems • Monitoring and quality control in the responsible area incl. documentation • Independent completion of repairs in all areas and assistance in the team • Accompaniment of third parties (e.g. craftsmen) • Willingness to perform cleaning and environmental work • Standby and winter service Your profile / our requirements: • Technical and/or mechanical training • Technical understanding and manual skills • Independent, precise and reliable working method • Stress-resistant, committed, flexible and service-oriented personality • Constructive teamwork • Good IT user skills • Very good German language skills in word and writing • Well-groomed appearance • Impeccable reputation • Driver's license category B and BE mandatory • Willingness for standby and winter service • Willingness for evening and weekend deployments • Resident in the Frauenfeld region (radius max. 20 minutes)
