The Office for Youth and Career Counseling (AJB) is responsible for child and youth welfare as well as career counseling. At the center of our work are children, young people, and families. We work for them every day with a lot of dedication and commitment. The business office of the districts of Hinwil, Meilen, Pfäffikon, and Uster operates a regional office for school social work. On behalf of schools, it is responsible for the personnel, technical, and administrative management of school social workers. For the leadership/subject guidance of school social work in several municipalities in our region, we are looking for a leader (65%) starting August 1, 2026, or by agreement. You are part of the four-member team of the regional SSA office and the workplace is located in Wetzikon. You lead the school social workers personally and/or technically and lead cross-community specialist groups for networking school social workers with each other and with school-related services. You work with school management, kjz (Child and Youth Welfare Centers), and other specialist offices.
