Your main responsibilities: • Completely and autonomously manage the accounting of a portfolio of managed properties and PPE; • Process invoices and mortgage interest; • Establish management accounts for buildings as well as heating accounts; • Perform tenant account situations; • Control the treasuries of owners and carry out related payments; • Carry out all procedures concerning a takeover and loss of mandate; • Establish quarterly and annual closures. Your profile: • Successful experience of at least 3 years in a similar position; • CFC or equivalent title; • Team spirit, rigor, and precision; • Good understanding, adaptation, and analysis skills; • Knowledge of Quorum, an asset.
