You record and pay accounts payable invoices and ensure filing. Re-billing to tenants and customers is also part of your tasks, as is managing and monthly reconciling the bank accounts of our customers. If interested, further tasks in the area of real estate closings can be added. These would include, among others, the preparation of heating and service charge statements and various annual financial statements (rent/floor and co-ownership) as well as the provision of audit files. Your profile These tasks require good specialist knowledge and professional experience in the field of real estate accounting.
