For our location in Leimbach TG, we are looking for an engaged and motivated personality, by arrangement, as Team Leader Living (80 - 90%) ## Here you can make a difference. ### You accompany nine adults with cognitive and physical disabilities in their everyday lives - individually, resource-oriented, and with much heart. Together with your team, you create a home in which people feel safe, comfortable, and taken seriously. What you bring with you ### • Training in the social pedagogical or nursing field • Experience in accompanying people with disabilities • Leadership experience or the motivation to take on responsibility • Organizational talent, decisiveness, and a cool head - even when things get lively • Joy in accompanying people, developing teams, and finding solutions together What you can look forward to ### A motivated team.
