As part of the development of its activities, the Centre Patronal has integrated Trianon SA, a company in the field of human resource management and pension funds. To strengthen our team at Trianon based in Nyon (VD), which will be moving to the Paudex site in 2027, we are looking for an Occupational Pension Plan LPP Manager (f/m). Missions • Administrative, technical and complete management of pension funds • In collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, you also identify optimization potential and develop solution proposals • You are responsible for communication with all stakeholders and monitoring your mandates, while being supported by a team of specialists • You willingly share your knowledge and can easily imagine working independently while appreciating the team spirit Your profile • Basic commercial training or equivalent training, the federal certificate of specialist in employee benefits is a plus • At least 2 to 5 years of professional experience in the field of pension fund management (LPP) • Curiosity and interest in the topics of occupational pension plans and social insurance • Good mastery of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word and Excel • Loyal, autonomous and proactive personality • Excellent knowledge of French, English and/or German We offer • An exceptional work environment • Infrastructure available to employees (company restaurant, parking, locker rooms, etc.) • Interesting social benefits • Flexible hours, telecommuting and opportunities for ongoing training • All this in a motivating and varied professional environment
