Building Drafter 50-80% CDI (M/F/D) Responsibilities • Develop detailed technical plans using CAD software, notably AutoCAD • Produce execution plans according to current standards in the field • Prepare inquiry files and ensure their regulatory compliance • Perform precise surveys of existing buildings for the purpose of their modeling • Update and adapt plans according to project developments • Ensure the management and follow-up of technical documentation • Collaborate closely with architects and various project stakeholders (without site supervision) Profile • CFC as a building drafter • Proven experience of a minimum of 3 years in a similar position • Excellent mastery of AutoCAD and good knowledge of industry standards • Solid skills in the development of plans and execution plans • Rigor, autonomy, and the ability to manage several projects in parallel Benefits • Attractive working conditions within a stable structure • Participation in varied and technically interesting projects • Collaborative environment promoting professional development • Start date: to be agreed Contact information Please apply directly online.
