  *L-EMS Les Clos d-Aubonne opened its doors in October 2024 and has 56 beds, covering two missions: geriatrics and old-age psychiatry. The institution also benefits from 12 temporary care places, including the CAT mémoire. Overlooking the vineyards and the lake, l-EMS d-Aubonne welcomes you to a warm and dynamic setting. Located near the village center, it provides easy access to nearby shops and cafes. Approximately 70 female and male employees work there.* In order to strengthen our Stewardship service, we are looking for an for the EMS d'Aubonne: Stewardship Manager M/F at 90% Permanent contract (CDI), start of duty from 17/08/2026 or by agreement WE OFFER YOU • 5 weeks of annual vacation, 6 weeks from the age of 50. YOU POSSESS • A CFC in Stewardship Management or an AFP as a Hotel-Stewardship Employee, or any other title deemed equivalent. • Successful experience in the medico-social, hospital, or hotel field is an asset. • A good command of the French language (written and oral). • A helpful and benevolent attitude. • A sense of initiative and the ability to work in a team. • Availability to work: • at Clos d'Aubonne on a schedule from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm or • at Nelty de Beausobre on a schedule from 10:15 am to 7:15 pm  YOUR OBJECTIVES • Respond with benevolence to the needs of the residents within the framework of your missions and participate in creating a warm and respectful atmosphere. • Perform activities for the maintenance of premises, furniture, and linen. • Manage and ensure the meal service within the various units as well as in the cafeteria: reception, sales, service, cleaning, tidying, and payments. • Order material and consumables for the services and residents. • Participate in the setting up of celebrations, parties, and various events. • Manage the storeroom and waste flow. • Support other services in the care of the resident, within the framework of interdisciplinarity. • Manage the residents' petty cash (pocket money) and the main cash register.
