Sole cook

The employer is looking for a: sole cook (reported profession) Requirements: • previous experience in the sector from 1 – 3 years • person who knows how to cook and manage the kitchen alone • knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine • desire to challenge oneself with own ideas in a family-run business • good knowledge of Italian • driving license cat.B Employment details: • workplace Rancate • employment from 50 - 100% (initially maximum 60% to increase) • employment by prior agreement, permanent • shift work, Sunday work and holiday work • initial evening service and at most 1 service at noon • free Sunday evening and Monday all day. • parking space, proximity to SBB station (7 min.) • salary remuneration based on the CCNL of the hotel and catering sector
