Civil Engineering Team Leader (M/F) Your responsibilities: Supervise and motivate your teams on infrastructure sites (roads, bridges, civil engineering structures, networks). Organize daily work and ensure an efficient distribution of tasks. Read and interpret technical plans, longitudinal/transverse profiles, and documents related to civil engineering works. Supervise the execution of works: Earthworks, Formwork and concreting of civil engineering structures Laying of pipes and networks, laying of chambers, manholes, etc... Roadworks (foundations, curbs, asphalt) Guarantee strict compliance with SUVA safety standards and internal procedures. Control the quality of the work performed and ensure its conformity. Monitor site progress and report information to the site manager. Manage equipment, site needs, and primary supplies. We expect: Civil engineering team leader diploma or training deemed equivalent. CFC as a road builder, foundation builder, GC mason, or equivalent experience. Proven experience as a team leader on civil engineering sites. Mastery of techniques related to civil engineering structures and infrastructure works. Natural leadership, ability to supervise and enforce instructions. Good knowledge of safety standards and regulations in force in Switzerland. Autonomy, rigor, sense of responsibility. Good command of French, oral and written. Category B driving license indispensable. Key skills: Team management and organization of GC sites. Reading of civil engineering structure plans and technical documents. Quality orientation and respect for deadlines. Reliability, precision, and spirit of initiative. Good communication and sense of teamwork.
