Communication Officer at 50% Etat\-major de la Municipalité, the Chancellerie proposes and coordinates measures intended to make the Ville known and promote its influence, notably by providing the Municipalité with decision-making support on strategic, legal, and institutional communication plans, by ensuring coordination and inter-departmental follow-up of items submitted to the Municipalité, and by managing institutional processes. In this context, the communication department is looking for: Communication Officer at 50% Your main missions and responsibilities: Design and produce video content for social media (filming, editing, short formats) and produce visuals adapted to the Ville's various digital channels. Accompany and advise the Ville's departments in the implementation of their communication. Write and distribute press releases, articles, and digital content. Write speeches and official statements for the members of the Municipalité. Ensure follow-up of media relations and media monitoring. Contribute to the daily activities of the department: projects, events, internal requests. Coordinate external service providers (photographers, graphic designers, videographers). Your profile: Higher education in communication and/or marketing or training in communication/marketing or a degree deemed equivalent 2 years of experience in a similar position Mastery of video creation for social media (filming, editing) and mastery of the Adobe suite and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, or equivalent) Strong writing skills and mastery of institutional codes Excellent written and oral expression in French Sense of service, team spirit, and ability to work transversally Organization, initiative, and schedule flexibility What we offer you: An enriching experience within a small, dynamic team and a rapidly growing public administration.
