We are looking for an empathetic assistant educator for our baby group at our location Grütpark in Adliswil. What are your tasks? You support the group leader in designing a loving, safe, and development-promoting everyday life for our little ones. You plan and design age-appropriate play, promotion, and sensory activities for babies and toddlers and actively contribute your own ideas. You maintain an appreciative exchange with the parents and support the group leader in parent meetings. You take on co-responsibility for the organizational and pedagogical tasks in the baby group. You contribute to the compliance with our quality standards and the implementation of our pedagogical concept. You observe and document the development of the children carefully and actively contribute your observations to the team. What should you bring?
