In this newly created position as Nursing Specialist for the Belp living space, you report directly to the nursing management and help to ensure and further develop the quality of care. You are responsible for integrating Domicil's overarching concepts and assessments into daily nursing practice and support employees in implementation (development, implementation, and evaluation of nursing guidelines and standards). You are prepared to work at least 50 percent of your employment level in direct care. As a rule, you work from Monday to Friday, whereby participation in practice is a matter of course for you.
